It’s important to note that we don’t provide an average number of issues that we may find during our inspections. Every home is unique, and we take pride in providing a personalised service to each and every homeowner. By tailoring our approach to meet the specific needs of each property, we can provide our customers with the highest level of satisfaction and peace of mind.

With 20+ years of site experience working for plc building companies in site management positions, we know what to look for it to give you high quality inspections and are up-to-date with building regulations. We are also members of the Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA Tech) and hold an NVQ level 6 diploma in construction site management.
We hold the relevant Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.
