The purpose of the inspection is to identify any defects or issues that may be covered under the builder’s warranty and ensure that they are corrected before the warranty expires.
During the inspection, a professional inspector will thoroughly examine the home or building to identify any defects or issues. This may include checking the structural components, mechanical systems, plumbing, electrical, and other aspects of the property. The inspector will create a report detailing any issues found and provide recommendations for repairs or corrections.
The final warranty inspection is typically performed towards the end of the builder’s warranty period, and it is the responsibility of the homeowner to arrange for the inspection. The results of the inspection is used to negotiate with the builder to make repairs to any defects or issues that are discovered.
These inspections will be for customers who have already had a pre and/or post completion Snag done by us and are looking for another inspection before their two year warranty runs out.
